Lag Birragh, Onchan Head
This is a stunning project that we have recently completed for McArds. The house is situated on Onchan Head with spectacular views and provided a wonderful showcase for the Wetherby Product.
This Lightweight render system chosen specifically for this property as the flexible anti-crack formulation and ultra-violet resistant pigments of a silicone render allow for large areas to be seamlessly rendered with perfect colour consistency and are suitable for the adverse weather that Onchan Head can face through the winter.
UPDATE
After nearly 4 years we are back in Onchan for some alterations and it’s still looking good; testament to Wetherby’s Light weight render systems,
For a new build there’s not a settlement crack in sight.
