In selecting the right material for the right substrate we aim to achieve a protective and permeable coating that either sticks to the surface to which it is applied, creating a film, or that soaks into the substrate in a physical or chemical manner.
Monocouche Rendering (One-Coat through coloured renders) are breathable renders, generally machine applied which do not require painting.

It is essential the correct type of render be used to protect and enhance any particular building. Using the wrong type of render on the wrong type of wall will result in failure of the render, damp problems and even possibly health problems.
