ThermoCork, Property in Douglas

The old render came off before anything new went on.

Some before and after pictures of a property in Douglas we recently worked on. The original render was cracked and unsightly, so it was removed and a fresh coat of sand and cement render was applied. We then sprayed the ThermoCork render over the top.

That gives a lovely new look, with the added anti-cracking properties of the cork and a ten year product warranty behind it — a long and beautiful finish for the client.

Look at the pictures and you will see the pipework went the same way as the walls. Downpipes, gutters, hoppers and the boxing all carry the same coat, so nothing stands out against the render and the elevation reads as one surface rather than a wall with plumbing on it.
