A pool area in grey Marmorino Classico, burnished to a mid to high sheen.

This pool area was finished in a grey Marmorino Classico, with an aqua seal applied over it to protect it. The final coat was burnished to create a mid to high sheen.

The larger marble grains give this plaster a soft sheen and a subtle tonal pattern. The result is smooth and lustrous, with a lot of depth to it.

The natural composition of Marmorino makes it naturally mildew resistant and waterproof, which prevents architectural deterioration and internal damage. Visually it makes a good alternative to marble and ceramic tiles, and it is those qualities together that have made it so desirable for luxury bathrooms and other wet areas.
