From failed coating to like-new — with a 15-year warranty.
Another great project: Lyncroft's front elevation had a high-build coating that had broken down. We stripped it right back to the brickwork with a specialist paint-removal system, then applied a Keim Mineral thin coat breathable render, finished with Keim mineral paint.
It looks like a new house — and comes with a 15-year warranty. Thanks to Three Legs Scaffolding Ltd, Alan Clayton for the new soffits, fascias, gutters and downspouts, BMC Painting & Decorating, and Lightfast Limited (Isle of Man) for the products.
