Ilumitextra Kitchen, Peel

An already lovely kitchen, made a little bit more special.

Thanks to Ali for letting us change her already lovely kitchen into something a little bit more special with our Ilumitextra — a hard-wearing, washable glitter finish.

Behind a worktop is exactly where it earns its keep. It goes on as one continuous surface, so it turns corners and runs up to the sockets without a joint or a strip of sealant anywhere, and once the lacquer is on it wipes down like a tile. The difference between the before and after here is only a few millimetres of finish — but it's the whole character of the room.
