Champagne Glitter Wall, Living Room

It definitely brightened her room up.

The before pictures tell you where we started. The living room walls were stripped back to patched plaster — grey skims, pink patches, bare bits round the sockets — with the fire sitting in the middle of it and the floor sheeted up.

The glitter went on over that, and the room came back a different colour. Square on it's a soft champagne. Look along it instead and the flake lifts, brightest where the daylight from the window rakes across the surface, and it carries round the corner onto the return wall.

Nothing else in the room changed. Same fireplace, same sideboard, same curtains — the furniture was pulled clear and sheeted while we worked, then put back. One wall did all of it.
