Feature Wall, Microgaming Building

Douglas, Isle of Man

Year Completed 2017
Client Type Commercial

Finishes & Techniques Used

Weathered concrete for a corporate canvas.

Feature walls at the new Microgaming offices in Douglas, commissioned for Apricot Investments. The look is a weathered, polished concrete effect — built up in Marmorino and finished with coats of wash, so the walls carry the depth and movement of aged concrete without a drop of the real thing.

A prestigious commercial project, and proof that a corporate space doesn't have to mean plain painted plasterboard. The films below show the effect coming up, coat by coat.
