A brand new façade for these Douglas apartments.
After some remedial works to the structure, the front and side elevations received KEIM thincoat Universal Render at 10mm thick, incorporating KEIM glassfibre mesh.
LM Construction were main contractor. Venetian Plaster Company provided the render installation.
It has come back a warm cream, sharp and even from the plinth up to the eaves.
