Exterior Render Refurbishment

A tired exterior brought back to life.

This property's painted render had seen better days — cracked, stained and patched, with a redundant opening that needed closing up for good. We blocked up the opening, made good the walls, and re-rendered the chimney, window surrounds and elevations in a fresh cream textured finish.

The result is a clean, weather-tight exterior that should shrug off the Isle of Man climate for many years to come.
