Sprayed over the old tin cladding, to modernise it and hold the heat in.

Our clients' aim was to modernise their bungalow and improve its insulation qualities, to retain warmth in their home. We achieved that by spraying our ThermoCork Render over the tin cladding areas. As you can see in the pictures, it has truly modernised this property.

ThermoCork Render provides excellent insulation values and comes with a 10 year warranty.

One honest note about a job like this. The cladding underneath is profiled, and those vertical lines still read through the finished render — you can see them clearly in the close-ups. We haven't tried to hide them. Rendering over cladding gives you the insulation and a completely different-looking house, but the finish still follows the shape of what is behind it.
